How to Join
We’re excited to have you join us!
Step 1 – Apply
Fill out the Adult Program Application Form. Submission of this application will hold your place on the program for 7 days. To confirm your place, submit a program deposit within the week.
Step 2 – Submit a Deposit
Submit an $850 deposit to hold your place on the program. This deposit can be submitted online or by check, to:

DEPOSIT REFUND POLICY
There is a $200 non-refundable application processing fee. The entire deposit is non-refundable after twenty-one days, however if you decide to not join the trip, the full deposit can be moved to another program offering. *In light of the COVID-19 crisis, for travelers booking a trip that departs prior to June 30th 2021, the $850 deposit and other payments made are fully refundable until two months prior to departure.
Step 3 – Phone Consultation
Email Shannon ([email protected]) to schedule a phone consultation. Consultations are conducted over the phone and take about 30 minutes
The three main goals of the phone consultation are:
- To discuss goals and aspirations for your program.
- To walk through the program itinerary, allowing you to ask questions about each program element.
- To learn more about your interests so that we can begin tailoring a journey that’s just right for you.
