Who We Work With

The next generation of global leadership.

Organizations working in a cross-cultural context have the potential to debunk stereotypes, foster understanding, and cultivate a more tolerant and inclusive global community. But that’s not always the case. Dragons works with schools, universities, businesses and organizations to develop deep, transformative engagement with the world.

Businesses & organizations

For institutions conducting business or development work abroad, Dragons builds capacity towards intercultural communication and exchange.

Schools & universities

For educational institutions involved in study abroad, global and international experiential education, Dragons offers a full suite of resources to assure that each cross-cultural exchange is educational, safe, and unique.

Dragons has partnered with independent schools across the country for over twenty years to run transformative student programming abroad. Over the past five years, our relationships have grown significantly to include professional development and consulting services. Through work with Princeton University and Carleton College, we have catered our partnership services to meet the needs of colleges and universities seeking to deepen and enhance study abroad by focusing on holistic student learning and experiential education methodologies.
