Enrolling in your Summer or Gap Year program is an easy and straightforward process. Use these guidelines or watch the video to get started.
Take a few minutes to share a bit about yourself and why you’re interested in traveling with us. Complete the application fully and accurately, but don’t stress—it’s not a college application!

Sliding scale and scholarship applicants, please submit your Financial Assistance Application for Summer or Gap Year instead of a deposit to move your application forward.
After you finish steps 1 and 2, you’ll be invited to complete a one-way video interview. You’ll introduce yourself and answer questions about your intentions, enthusiasm, and related experiences. There’s no need to prepare in advance or feel nervous; we just want to get to know you a little better!
Our team will then review your application and interview. We may reach out with clarifying questions, ask to connect with your therapist, or ask for an additional reference to help make sure our program is right for you. You’ll receive your admissions decision and next steps by email, usually within five business days after any followup is complete.

There’s no fixed deadline, but spaces are limited. Summer programs typically start to fill by late January, Fall semesters start filling around March, and Spring semesters in July. Submit your application & deposit early to guarantee your space!
