The Educator Program Core Curriculum

Each Educator Program offers both experiential and thematic curricula designed to help train to conceptual models, practical skills, and a felt understanding of best practices in global and experiential learning.

Programs follow our 3-phase course progression (Orientation, Immersion, & Transference) to provide opportunities for direct experience, reflection, and application.

Learn to design more effective programs by examining the intentional connections between the experience, and the outcome.

Identify and manage common risks on student programs. Lean into risk, and leverage risk towards student growth and learning.
