The Educator Program Core Curriculum
Each Educator Program offers both experiential and thematic curricula designed to help train to conceptual models, practical skills, and a felt understanding of best practices in global and experiential learning.
Programs follow our 3-phase course progression (Orientation, Immersion, & Transference) to provide opportunities for direct experience, reflection, and application.

Design for Global Outcomes
Learn to design more effective programs by examining the intentional connections between the experience, and the outcome.
Risk Management
Identify and manage common risks on student programs. Lean into risk, and leverage risk towards student growth and learning.
Community Engagement
Participate in local initiatives aimed at addressing global challenges. Facilitate discussions on power, privilege and identity.
Student Group Management
Work with student groups to actively construct safe, aligned, and committed student group culture on global programs.
Global Issues
Immerse yourself in dynamic dialogue and rich perspectives on topics of critical global significance led by experienced facilitators.
Peer Exchange
Build meaningful relationships with inspiring colleagues and exchange strategies for global education pedagogy and practice.
