People Who Love What They Do

It’s not just a job—it’s a way to keep living a life of curiosity, connection, and impact. Join a passionate community of educators, travelers, and changemakers dedicated to meaningful engagement with students, local partners, and our global network. At Dragons, your work supports transformative experiences and contributes to a more just and connected world.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)

We strive to increase DEI within our community of administrative staff, field instructors, student body, and in-country partners. We acknowledge that the work of international and experiential education carries inherent imbalances, and we aim to nurture a community of critical self-reflection and awareness of these themes and the way they impact our work. We’re committed to making meaningful change.

Ethical & Responsible Travel

We go beyond education—we mentor the next generation to move through the world with global empathy, curiosity, and respect. Our small-group programs (12 students, 3 instructors) foster genuine connection and minimize impact. Working with us means being part of a mission-driven team committed to global equity, cultural humility, and meaningful travel.
