Since childhood, Tatiana has felt a deep connection with nature, not just for its beauty, but for the sense of peace and awe it inspires. Traveling has helped nurture that bond, leading her to pursue a degree in Tourism. This path allowed her to explore diverse regions of her native Bolivia and immerse herself in local cultures. After graduating, she worked as a volunteer with a Tacana community in the Amazon, to whom she provided tourism training and technical support to help strengthen their community-based tourism project. The experience of living with the community deepened her appreciation for nature and ancestral knowledge and led her to work in a nature reserve driven by sustainable tourism. There, she worked with visitors from around the world, sharing the wonders of a remote place that ultimately inspired her to create.
So she returned to college to pursue her other great passion: art. Creating allows her to explore the collective unconscious, express emotion, foster reflection and materialize her feelings. Her work invites others to connect with themselves, engage in dialogue, make catharsis and heal. She has experimented with various techniques: drawing, painting, engraving, ceramics, photography, illustration, and muralism. Through her murals, she seeks to create spaces for conversation, build community, and transform collective imaginaries that improve the world.
In the last five years, she has worked as a creative and designer of visual strategies for social responsibility projects focused on environmental awareness, violence prevention, female empowerment, and facilitation of digital tools for education during and after the pandemic, among others, generating visual experiences that communicate effectively and create meaningful connections.
For Taty, true success means enjoying life, doing what you love, sleeping hugging a cat (or several), and having unhurried breakfasts with the person one loves.
