Pablo Moreno Romani

Peru Instructor

Though he is a native Peruvian who grew up in Lima, Pablo seized every opportunity to study, work, travel and teach across the world. Pablo studied in Germany, where he became fluent in the language, gained deep understanding of the culture and interacted with people from many different cultures. After his studies in Economics, Pablo worked and lived in Germany, the U.S. and Chile and traveled to many other places like Greece, India, Hawaii, Guatemala, Switzerland and Brazil.  His passion for travel is closely tied to his belief in the transformative power of education. Pablo came back to Peru because he wants to make a positive difference in his native country and his particular mission is to help to make the quality of education better in Peru.  In pursuit of this mission, Pablo has worked with local and national NGOs, schools, and universities, as well as international institutions such as the World Bank and the German government. Currently, Pablo’s work has him traveling frequently to rural parts of Peru to support the certification process for schools and universities.  At the same time, he is completing his PhD thesis in Governance of Organizations at the University of Piura, Peru. Pablo loves living a life in which he can keep learning new things every day.

Pablo is also a passionate photographer and in his free time you can often find him at the coast surfing waves and spending time with his family and friends.
