BA, History, Chulalongkorn University, Thailand
Born and raised in Bangkok. Kopka has spent over 10 years joining, creating and leading experiential and cultural exchange programs between Japan and Thailand for students focusing on embracing local tradition and culture, awareness of environment and creating a lifelong partnership among youth. He started out as a representative student for exchange program during high school and since then, has been working on the same programs as a volunteer leader, coordinator and right now as a manager over 15 years span.
Kopka spent 5 years in a remote mountain area in Japan living and teaching children from age 10-15 in a year-to year boarding house environment to live technology-free with outdoor nature and activity and learning local agriculture as a part of growing up, teaching Japanese students English, outdoor activity and managing year-long activity plan before returning to Thailand in 2023.
Kopka enjoys creating and leading programs which allow all participants including himself to learn and discover themselves, gaining experience through activities while also contributing to every community and not just for the sake of experiencing something. As a history student and a certified guide, he also enjoys connecting culture and history of each area to help students, especially international, to visualize and understand the background of places.
Kopka also enjoys seasonal activity and sports, exploring whether in nature or in urban environments and creating connections
