Alex Biddle

Outreach Manager

B.A. International Relations & Diplomacy, Spanish, minor in Leadership Studies, The Ohio State University

Alex grew up in rural Ohio, where she learned the importance of community and our connection to Mother Nature from a young age. Ready to explore beyond her small town, after high school she spent a year as a Rotary Youth Exchange student in Pamplona, Spain.

Her studies took her to The Ohio State University. During her time there, she began leading domestic and international programs, and launched her own small business making jewelry out of repurposed sewing buttons.

She continued leading educational travel programs, this time in the Dominican Republic. After four years in the industry, Alex had worked in many roles — from program operations to sales and marketing. Her passion for storytelling came alive, and she believes that telling stories builds empathy and community.

In May of 2020 Alex helped launch a coworking and event space and was a catalyst for rapid growth. She thoughtfully created meaningful connections and navigated challenges of operating a small business during the pandemic. After a short hiatus from educational travel, Alex is thrilled to be a member of Dragons, bringing her storytelling skills and love for transformational experiences to the team.

Alex lives in Tucson, Arizona with her husband, José and dogs, Bert and Ellie. She enjoys farmer’s markets, volleyball, hiking in the desert, gardening, and hosting meaningful gatherings.
