Our administrative team is stacked with decades of experience. Most have worked in the field, been students—or both—giving them a deep, firsthand understanding of what it takes to create meaningful cross-cultural learning experiences.

With a maximum of 200 students in the field at any given time, our 30+ talented administrative create a 7:1 ratio of student-to-administrator! That is on top of our 4:1 ratio of student-to-instructor. We believe that an outsized level of administrative support allows for students to thrive, giving them layers of support and safety for them to explore the world in new ways.
