Taiwan, this beautiful and brave island, is the place where YuTing was born and grew up. Under the influence of Taiwan’s multiculturalism, YuTing liked to explore interesting people and things in Taiwan since she was a child, including the two cities she has lived in for a long time: Taipei, full of creativity; and Yunlin, a strong belief of Matsu Temple culture, combined with the life experience of these two cities, YuTing loves to build bridges between different ethnic groups and cultures so that everyone can start interesting communicate.

YuTing believes education is a magical moment that lets someone’s life inspire others, therefore she tries to make it happen in different ways. When YuTing as an experimental education teacher, designs different courses in middle school, likes to lead students to express their emotions through creative writing, and also likes to design an action plan about human rights with students in the course of issues discussed. As a program producer, Yu Ting also produces puppet show TV programs for children, youth news programs for teenagers, and nature art creation programs for families. During the production process, she overcomes the problems and transfers the stories of Taiwan to become a TV program to share with people. As a social activist, YuTing also focuses on socially disadvantaged and local issues and cooperates with many NGOs to assist in the training of social workers and teachers. She recently cooperated with ECPAT Taiwan to conduct social worker training on preventing digital sexual exploitation and cyber-bullying of children.

YuTing’s life experience has also become the material for her musical creativity, she collects the process of cycling around the island with students, climbing mountains, deeply exploring Taiwan, and other incredible experiences. Through the performance, YuTing hopes people can feel more love, and become braver to embrace the world, life, and unknown future.
