Heart to Heart Community Care works with migrant workers to improve their quality of life and develop a caring, supportive and integrated migrant worker community. Heart to Heart provides social services to the migrant community as a whole, while focusing more specifically on vulnerable groups such as, women, children, the elderly, and the disabled.
