Program Directors work hard to support our instructor community in Dragons respective program areas. Drawing on extensive regional experience, Program Directors mentor our instructor teams through the entire lifecycle of Dragons programming, providing guidance in the course-planning process, support in the field, and professional feedback at course-end. We have an industry leading retention rate of first-year staff, and we credit our Program Directors with providing a high caliber of dedicated support and mentorship to our teams.
The Admissions Team connects with students and parents at every juncture of the Dragons experience. We spend the winter on the road meeting with prospective students and their parents. We rack up the phone bill in the spring, conducting phone interviews and answering pre-course questions. In August, we’re eager to hear from you… What was the best part of your Dragons experience? How can we support you as a Dragons alumnus?
