Dragons is more than a professional guiding company or educational institution. Dragons is a community of like-minded people who believe firmly that knowledge of other cultures, self assuredness among youth, and practical skill building and leadership training can ameliorate racism, foster compassion, and nurture lives that are built on wisdom and tolerance. The connections, curriculum and resources that we've built over the years ensure our participants a learning experience that will deeply broaden their understanding of the world and that will greatly enhance their confidence in themselves.

Since founding Dragons sixteen years ago, the road we've traveled has been an extraordinary journey, filled with learning, challenge and achievement. And if ever my energy lags, all I need to do is travel to an airport at the end of one of our programs. Standing in the entry hall and watching the students step out of customs - worn out and a little dirty but wearing the hugest smiles and glowing from their experience - I am continually inspired to innovate, stay ahead of the curve, and commit all that we have to providing the most exceptional learning opportunities available.

2008 represents a time of strength and balance within Dragons, and we have a lot to be thankful for. To all those who have been a part of the Dragons story, a heartfelt thank you. And to those who are soon to join us, you have so much to look forward to!
